Shipping policy

While most items are in stock, some will occasionally be back ordered while the next run of sights/parts/cases/ etc... are being built. We do not have a mechanism in place to continually update you of that progress. Please be patient and know that we will never sacrifice quality for speed but are constantly working to produce the very best sights/items that we can.

Confirmation of orders should be sent via automated email as will confirmation of shipping (along with a tracking number).

In the event an item is lost in shipping, we will work with the shipper to locate that item. This may take a little time so please be patient and let the process work through. If the item is determined to actually be lost, a replacement will be sent. No worries, you will always receive what you have ordered and paid for.

Before opening a dispute or claim with your credit card or payment processor, please contact us. Most claim issues are due to a misunderstanding or a human mistake that can be resolved more quickly dealing directly with us.
