We are not afraid of the dark, we just need to SEE the things that are IN the dark... I like my light to be removable so I can mount it when needed but not have it in the way. Its only dark half of the day. This is helpful when used as a home defense measure and also in the tent when Yogi comes to visit.
- Mount is ambidextrous allowing mounting to either side or the option to add both a light and a Laser.

Note from Andy: "I've been proving this light mount in the field for some time now. The goal was a mount that looked like it "Grew on your rifle" not something that stuck out or was in the way. We took a Skinner BUSH PILOT 44 mag on a recent Yukon Canada Moose Hunt. Using this mount, the little carbine became the camp favorite for trips to the rest room and while moving Moose meat.
